Compensation :

$125,000 - $200,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Conduct meetings with residential customers to address sewer and drain problems and propose effective solutions.
• Establish strong connections with new clients by providing in-depth details on services and pricing.
• Prepare precise sales proposals tailored to customer needs.
• Engage in negotiations and successfully close sales transactions.
• Uphold a positive representation of Barker and Sons, fostering referrals and goodwill.
• Stay informed about industry developments and customer preferences.
• Surpass challenging sales targets set by the company.

Qualifications :

• The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience, with a preference for in-home services background.
• Strong presentation, public speaking, and follow-up skills are essential for this role.
• A proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets is a requirement.
• Financial acumen and the ability to assess job profitability are crucial skills needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are a must.
• Candidates who are highly organized and detail-oriented will be prioritized.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems is considered advantageous.
• A high school diploma or equivalent education is a prerequisite.
• A neat and clean-cut appearance is expected from all applicants.
• Candidates must be willing to undergo a background check and drug test.
• Possession of a valid California driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
