Our clinic is looking for a caring mental health therapist dedicated to providing the best possible therapeutic service to our patients.
You'll be in charge of doing diagnostic evaluations, developing tailored treatment plans with goals and objectives, offering crisis intervention when needed, and following up with patients to ensure they're getting the best care possible.
The ideal applicant will have 1-3 years of clinical experience treating mental health patients and a current LMHC license (licensed mental health counselor).

$40 - $55 hourly
Responsibilities :
- Reassess patient situations and provide appropriate follow-up care based on their current needs
- Provide crisis intervention as needed
- Assess patients’ mental condition based on review of medical information, interviews, observation, tests, and collaboration with other staff members
- Offer community resources or specialists to patients and family members who are experiencing difficulties
- Work with patients to develop individualized treatment plans with goals and objectives
- Assist with interventions for clients when crises occur
- Perform clinical assessments
- Assess client needs and work collaboratively within the practice and community
- Meet with clients weekly, bi-weekly, and / or monthly, depending on the assessment of needs
Qualifications :
Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and a bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field;
preference to those with a master’s degree
- Additional certifications required : CPR, BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Must have 1-3 years of mental health experience in a clinical setting
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical ability as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are needed
- Current and unrestricted state license as an LMHC (licensed mental health counselor) or equivalent
- Graduate degree and licensure in counseling, social work, or equivalent required

We have three locations - Cotswold, Matthews, and a new location in Harrisburg. We are person-centered and place value on all relationships.
The team is motivated, ethical, and clinically driven. We work together and support each other within the outpatient setting.
