POSITION SUMMARY :
The primary purpose is to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of the residents based on budget, census.
You will a ssist with the scheduling process on the off days. In addition, you are r esponsible for testing the staff and the residents as needed for CDC guidelines;
testing will be completed twice on a weekly basis and includes entering data.
Education and Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) OR willing to complete CNA program preferred.
- Must be able to communicate in English and have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must possess and demonstrate the ability to carry out both verbal and written directions.
- Must possess and demonstrate good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers and community staff in the performance of duties.
- Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position / assignment.
- Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others in the workplace.
Experience :
Must have one (1) year of experience in scheduling at a nursing care facility.
Shift & Wage :
- Full-Time Opportunity Available
- Shifts Needed : Days
- Wage : $20.00-$24.00 per hour
