Job Description :
This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project / small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams.
Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards.
Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.
Responsibilities :

Position Summary / Comments :
Project Manager will manage the project / program and is responsible for end-to-end management and delivery of a material change for a project / program of medium complexity across multiple departments within a single business unit.
Manages, leads, and directs the work efforts of resources that may be functionally aligned as part of the program / project and / or organizationally aligned as direct reports.
Responsible for the end-to-end integration of various work streams to deliver the intended program / project solution. Resource will manage and lead program / project execution, integration and implementation and ensure all applicable change requirements are satisfied;
Acts as the primary point of contact and integration for the program / project. Requires a broad technical background with 3-tiered applications and experience operating production environments.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Fully accountable for engaging the appropriate partners across multiple LOB and Enterprise partner organizations to drive the work and to deliver against expected outcomes and timelines.
- Provide thought leadership, customer focus, and end-to-end business process knowledge to deliver transformative results.
- Interacting with all levels of the organization to support the development and delivery or the project / program.
- Facilitates review of current state analysis, connecting information to other projects / work streams
- Translates scope and objectives into projects, tactics, and action plans.
- Responsible for the development of documentation, presentation materials, status updates, reporting on project / program accomplishments, escalations, and plans.
- Comfortable developing projects / programs from the ground up and proposing execution strategies.
- Responsible for monitoring routines & controls to gauge project / program health.
- Responsible for ensuring projects are executed in accordance with the Enterprise Change Management Policy and Standards.
- Responsible for finances and engaging external teams timely.
- Manage Program / Project Scope, Timeline and Budget / Expenses; Obtain and align resources to key program / project roles.
- Define and document program / project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale program / project plans and associated communication documents.
- Effectively communicate program / project expectations to project team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
- Set and continually manage program / project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
- Identify and manage program / project dependencies and critical path.
- Plan and schedule program / project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Problem Solving & Communications Skills, including significant experience facilitating communication among technologists, technology managers, and non-technology managers.
- Work with Product Manager and Product Owners in creation of INITIATIVE based Program / Project objective deliverables in JIRA.
- Own, assist and or work with Release train Engineer (RTE) and Scrum Master to facilitate and run PI Planning sessions as well as the daily scrum sessions.
- Ensure that the Scrum cadences / ceremonies are met as needed to meet the project objectives.
- Work with Product Owners and Teams to track and understand status of Epics / Features and Stories to be able to roll up the status to Program / Project objective-based deliverables in JIRA.
- Understands the alignment and mapping of INITIATIVE deliverables to Value streams in a Portfolio.
- Provides a rollup view of INITIATIVE Program / Project Objective deliverable reports in the form of Power points, JIRA Dashboards, Portfolio Plans, JIRA Align, Agile View or any other format based on the pulse of the customer and their needs.
- Accountable for working and obtaining timely change evidence from Tech owners and other stakeholders to meet Enterprise Change standard compliance for all material and base initiative funded projects.
- Be well versed in Niche technologies (e.g., network, hosting, Mainframe).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects at various stages of the project life cycle.
- Large scale project management experience with an understanding of Enterprise Change Management Policy and Standards
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation engagement skills including presenting to LOB senior leaders and financial / legal / compliance / risk partners.
- Highly Skilled specific to : Visio, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to work with others and manage disparate teams globally.
- Ability to manage the successful execution of technical solutions whether by a single team or multiple teams.

LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE NEEDED :
- 7 - 9 years of experience as a technology project or program manager
- 2 - 4 years of working knowledge and experience with JIRA, JIRA Align, Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban), Agile View, Confluence and WIKI
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS : PMP, CSM
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with portfolio management tools like Clarity, PPRT, Primavera, JIRA Align
- ITIL Certification

- Lean Portfolio Management (LPM)
