Job Description :
- Join an 86-bed acute care facility known for excellent patient care.
- Work in the ICU specializing in Cardiology, Emergency Medicine, General Surgery, and other subspecialties.
- Provide care to adult and geriatric patients.
- Manage common diagnoses including COPD, CHF, Pneumonia, DKA, and Withdrawal.
- Work with a small team, maintaining a patient ratio of approximately 0.084.
- Assist in the onboarding of new staff and participate in bi-weekly orientations.
- Wear gray scrubs and adhere to the facility's dress code.
- Engage in call duties as required.
