Key Responsibilities :
As the Director of Clinical Operations for Oncology, you will play a pivotal role in leading patient care in the cancer services and infusion center environments over 4 facilities.
Your responsibilities include :
- Managing clinical staff across all four oncology / infusion centers.
- Collaborating with staff, physicians, and Nurse Executives on nursing issues.
- Maintaining performance improvement activities and participating in quality improvement.
- Directly managing clinical teams including nurse managers, navigators, social workers, educators, and research staff.
- Formulating budgets and achieving department goals for quality patient care and financial success.
- Implement revenue development strategies.
- Participate in formulating policies and procedures.
- Oversee Physician Recruitment in collaboration with the executive team.
Qualifications :
2+ years of nursing leadership experience.
2+ years of oncology nursing experience.
BSN and Masters degree.
