Maintenance Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator (also known as Maintenance Coordinator, Production Support Specialist), you'll play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of our 2nd shift.
You'll provide technical support, resolve production challenges, assist in coordinating maintenance projects, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Qualifications
- Over four years of related training and / or experience in an industrial or field service role.
- High School Diploma or Trade School Certificate with a minimum of six months of related mechanical / electrical experience preferred.
- Proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, industrial robot programming, PLC troubleshooting and programming, and CNC machine troubleshooting.
- Experience with ERP Software, Servo Motors, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), Conveyor Systems, and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) (Fanuc, Allen Bradley, Siemens).
- Strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
