A company is looking for a Senior GTM / Ops Recruiter (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance across various roles
Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify top-tier candidates
Partner with leadership on hiring needs and implement data-driven talent acquisition strategies
Required Qualifications
Experience in early-stage startups, preferably in a rapidly scaling environment
Ownership mentality with a focus on process improvement
Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience managing the full recruitment cycle
Familiarity with Ashby Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for managing candidate data
