Software compilation processes, tools, policy management and capabilities for the enterprise as well as integrations and frameworks for operational agility and scale.
Artifact and Package management tools, policies, and process related to software development lifecycle and chain-of-custody management.
Release and Deployment models, templates, process, controls, and policies. Maturing Self-service automation capability on all the above.
Provide solution design and development expertise to actively ensure accuracy and steering to the teams' deliverables and technology and design choices.
Integrating point solutions with other enterprise systems or data streams. Ensuring uptime, compliance, and maintenance on platforms and servers under ownership.
Create and present designs and technology subjects to a wide variety of audiences. Ensure compliance with policies and controls.
Participate in control audits as needed. Uphold and enforce team and engineering best practices. Manage backlog and tracking tools to ensure project progression, visibility, and productivity.
Solicit feedback from peers and customers to improve teams' products and value. Manage a collaborative community of consumer engineers to engender robust participation and engagement model.
Manage engineering team with onsite and remote engineers, including job quality, and individual growth and goals evolution.
Manage platforms and tools under ownership in compliance with Zions regulatory requirements and standards. Telecommuting permitted within the area of intended employment.
Position requires Bachelor's or foreign degree equivalent followed by 5 years progressive related experience.
