BayCare Health System is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to support our Pharmacy IS team. In this role, you’ll lead projects, design and implement system solutions, and serve as a mentor to junior team members while ensuring compliance with change management practices.
What You’ll Do :
- Analyze, design, test, and support pharmacy information systems
- Solve complex problems and recommend technical solutions
- Lead projects and provide mentorship to the team
- Ensure system upgrades, modifications, and integrations run smoothly
- Partner with end users to deliver excellent customer support
- 8+ years systems analysis OR 4+ years with a related degree
- Strong knowledge of systems development lifecycle
- Experience with Cerner PharmNet / Cerner Millennium
- Pharmacy background (Pharmacy Tech or Pharmacist) preferred
- Hybrid role, Florida residency required
