Assures appropriate staffing is maintained on all NursingUnits; responsible for the clinical and administrative supervisionof overall hospital activities in the absence of Administration andNursing Director / Managers.

Requirements :
- Graduate of a Registered Nursing program,Bachelor’s degree preferred or actively pursuing with completionwithin 2 years
- Minimum of 1-3 years of clinicalpatient care experience in a relevantsetting
- Incumbents grandfathered based onexperience
- Minimum of 1-3 years of clinicalpatient care experience in a relevant setting
- RN License in state of employment orcompact
