FHIA Remodeling - the largest home improvement provider in Florida- is seeking a full-time, bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its growing team at our Ft Lauderdale headquarters!

You will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day logistics and execution of our hiring campaigns. We currently support our markets all over Florida that include our main markets in : Ft Lauderdale, Tampa, West Palm Beach, Ft Myers, Sarasota, Jacksonville, and Orlando.
What You'll Do :
- Source and screen candidates while providing a world-class candidate experience
- Cross-recruit as needed across our different marketing departments and campaigns to place talent to thrive
- Manage a high volume of calls and apply sourcing tactics to maintain a pipeline of candidates, demonstrating exceptional multi-tasking skills
- Fulfill department performance standards and meet company targets needed at our various offices and campaigns
- Maintain regular contact and communication with both clients and candidates
- Participate in regular meetings to ensure up-to-date knowledge of our ongoing campaign needs and industry specifics
- Developing and maintaining trusting, respectful, collaborative candidate and hiring manager relationships
- Perform candidate outreach via an omnichannel approach that is not limited to phone calls, emails, text messages, and other ways of engagement
What You'll Bring :
- Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish preferred
- Ability to work M-F 9am to 6pm- this is an on-site position
- A get-it-done, positive attitude with the ability to adapt, think outside the box, problem solve and willingness to learn and grow
- Confident, professional verbal and written communication skills
- Must be familiar with Windows-based programs / applications - Office 365
- Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and projects in an agile environment
- Bachelors degree
- Experience in recruitment or high-volume recruitment is a plus
- Industry experience in hospitality, food and beverage, marketing and inside sales preferred
