ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR 4
To perform a wide variety of clerical duties that requires independent judgment to accomplish in support of the staff members and / or operations of an organizational unit or program.
Some discretion is required in the performance of these duties. Duties begin to expand in scope and complexity, and develop into departmental-program duties.
Under minimal supervision from the Assistant Director of HRIS, incumbent in this position performs para-professional and diverse tasks with the Department of Human Resource Management at LSU Health Sciences Center - New Orleans.
Incumbent's primary responsibility is to provide front desk coverage for Human Resources with prompt and reliable customer service given to the university staff and public in a friendly and professional manner.
Duties are complex and will be performed in accordance with Federal and State laws, University policies, LSU System policies, bylaws and regulations of the LSU Board of Supervisors, Department of Labor and HIPPA requirements.
Professionalism and great customer service coupled with strong communication skills are essential for the position.
