- Conduct the on-site Start-Up and Commissioning of automated equipment.
- Conduct on-site training of customer personnel.
- Establish and maintain a continuous, positive relationship with customers, including support and follow-up on customers’ concerns and problems
- Schedule and plan preventative maintenance work with customers.
- Perform troubleshooting and fault- finding services on-site and by phone.
- Detailed and accurate reporting, service work, training for services delivered to customers.
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and management of all levels.
- Proven ability to maintain positive customer relationships through strong technical skills
- Responsible for custom machine installation, debug, inspection, and repair, and programming of custom built high speed automation equipment.
- Installation and commissioning of custom designed equipment automation assembly and inspection equipment.
- Build and troubleshoot automated assembly machines, sub-assemblies, and electrical components from engineering drawings and specifications.
- Problem solving machine issues that arise.
- PLC Programming and modifications
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong desire for ongoing training and growth in a team-oriented environment
- The ability to effectively communicate, lead teams and meet deadlines
- Working PLC, programming and modification and AC / DC fundamentals knowledge is plus.
- Travel up 50%-60% of the time (Local and Domestic overnight travel in hotels will be required).
