As a Product Owner you will :

We're seeking a highly motivated Product Owner to join our team and revolutionize the way we use AI / ML in the insurance / healthcare industry.

You'll leverage your expertise in UX / UI, data engineering, data integration, and AI / ML to develop cutting-edge products that improve outcomes and experiences for our customers.

• Partner with stakeholders across business, engineering, data science, and design to define product vision, roadmap, and user stories specific to the insurance / healthcare domain.
• Conduct user research within the insurance / healthcare industry to translate patient / customer needs into actionable product requirements.
• Collaborate with UX / UI designers to create user-centric interfaces for AI / ML functionalities relevant to insurance / healthcare processes.
• Partner with data engineers and data scientists to understand data pipelines, integration challenges, and opportunities for leveraging healthcare / insurance data in product development.
• Possess a strong understanding of AI / ML capabilities and translate them into features that address specific challenges in the insurance / healthcare industry.
• Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with Agile methodologies.
• Develop and implement product metrics specific to the insurance / healthcare industry to track performance and measure success.
• Communicate product vision and roadmap effectively to all stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with AI / ML product development in a regulated industry like insurance / healthcare

The ideal candidate will have :

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing the product lifecycle for AI / ML products (or products with a strong data science component) in the insurance / healthcare industry.
• Solid understanding of UX / UI design principles and ability to collaborate effectively with designers.
• Experience working with data engineering and data science teams on projects relevant to insurance / healthcare.
• Familiarity with data integration concepts and tools used in the insurance / healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of AI / ML concepts and capabilities, with a focus on applications in insurance / healthcare.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Agile experience (Scrum or Kanban) is a plus.
• Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus.

Bonus points

• Proven experience building and launching data-driven products specific to the insurance / healthcare industry.
• Understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in insurance / healthcare.
• Experience with AI / ML ethics and responsible product development practices in a healthcare / insurance context.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

Pay Range* : $120,000 - $141,000 Per Year

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
