Contract Length : 24-25 School Year
Compensation : Up to $2000 / week based on experience

Job Description :
- Develop and implement personalized education plans for students with special needs, tailored to their individual strengths, abilities, and challenges
- Cultivate a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and supported
- Collaborate closely with colleagues, parents, and support staff to address the diverse needs of students and provide the necessary accommodations and support for academic success
- Utilize effective teaching strategies, innovative technologies, and resources to engage students and enhance their learning experiences
- Regularly assess student progress and adjust instruction as needed to promote growth, development, and achievement
Education and Certification Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
- Arizona teaching certification in Special Education
- Previous experience working with students with disabilities preferred
