Description :

This position is primarily in the surgical department with some medical overlap due to bed availability.

Agency scheduling generally occurs for every other weekend.

Management is open to discussing holiday requests.

The facility comprises 35 private patient rooms.

There are two nurses stations for effective workflow.

A shift supervisor is available for support.

The nurse-to-patient ratio on night shift is 1 : 5-6.

Patient care technicians are assigned to each shift to assist with patient needs.

This role provides an opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment.
