Your Role With Us :

Join Salem Health and Clinics as a Family Medicine provider, where you'll play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive primary care to our community in the Willamette Valley.

We're seeking dedicated and compassionate physicians to join our team across multiple clinic locations, all utilizing Epic EMR.

This role offers flexibility and a supportive work environment, allowing you to focus on providing the best possible care to your patients.

Our Uglow Clinic located Dallas, Oregon, offers a small-town atmosphere with close proximity to Salem. This well-established clinic is known for its multigenerational patient base and strong community ties, providing a fulfilling career with the support of an experienced and collegial team.

Here you can provide comprehensive care in a supportive and collaborative environment. We are looking for an APP to join our team and take on a diverse patient panel.

This This full-time position requires 32 hours of patient-facing time with a flexible 4-day work week and opportunities for extended hours.

With opportunities for virtual care integration, manageable daily call rotations, quarterly offsite meetings, and social events, you'll join a team that emphasizes work-life balance.

Background / Expertise :

• Board Certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Demonstrate experience and current competence in patient care in the last 24 months.
• Current Medical License in good standing issued by the Oregon Medical Board.
• Hold DEA certification.
