Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary advocate for healthcare providers to resolve issues efficiently
Provide support through calls, chats, and emails while navigating multiple systems
Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely and effective issue resolution
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
Must be at least 18 years old
1+ years of customer service experience
Experience with computers and the ability to navigate complex systems
Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week, during designated business hours
