With three fully equipped operating rooms and a dedicated treatment room, we offer a state-of-the-art environment for surgeons to perform procedures.

Patient Call Nurse at Epic Surgery Center

The Patient Call Nurse has the responsibility for organizing and directing activities in accordance with nursing standards, JC, Medicare and all other applicable federal, state and local guidelines.

LPN / RN may assume the following responsibilities : contact, by way of telephone, all patients prior to surgery to assess medical and medication history, review for appropriate lab, x-ray, EKG orders to determine where and when these procedures are to completed and provide preadmission teaching.

The LPN / RN can expect to care for adult patients, including the older adult through geriatric.

Position requires weekdays only no holidays, weekends, or call. Competitive salary and benefits for the right candidate.

Qualifications :

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Must have a current unrestricted RN license in the state.
• CPR required, advanced life support certification required.
• One year experience required intra-operative setting preferred
