Our Client is a prestigious legal firm with a well-established reputation in the legal industry. They are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate / Attorney specializing in Trusts, Estates, and Tax to join their team at their office located in Boca Raton, FL.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience practicing Tax, Trusts & Estates, and preferably possess an degree specializing in Taxation or Estate Planning.
Candidates must also be admitted to the Florida bar. Responsibilities :
- Deliver exceptional legal advice and services to clients in matters pertaining to tax planning, trusts, estates, wills, and probate.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on complex tax and estate planning issues.
- Draft essential estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
- Represent clients in tax disputes within both state and federal courts.
- Collaborate with partners and fellow attorneys to develop effective case strategies that align with client objectives. Qualifications :
- Must be a member of the Florida bar- Hold a Juris Doctor ( degree from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience practicing Tax, Trusts & Estates law.
- Preference for an degree specializing in Taxation or Estate Planning.
- Admitted to the Bar in one or more states where our firm has an office and where the candidate desires residency.
