Full job description : Job Overview We're seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. Experience with pediatrics, early childhood intervention, behavior analysis, or human development is beneficial.
You will work closely with patients and must accurately document their current condition and progress. Duties : - Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting - Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans - Develop and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs and goals - Utilize various therapeutic techniques and modalities to improve patient outcomes - Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary - Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for at-home care - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Requirements : - Valid PT license in the state of practice - Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology - Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus - Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team -Bilingual is a plus -Willingness to travel 25% of the time Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
