Regional Territory Sales Manager Metro Atlanta, GA, OR Metro Birmingham, AL
Beltone - American Hearing Care, LLC (AHC) is a leading hearing healthcare company founded in the Southeastern US. Currently operating 40 clinics across Alabama, Georgia, and South Carolina, AHC is rapidly expanding due to its proven, patient-centered results and outstanding patient care.
At AHC, we follow a growth-oriented approach to hearing healthcare, aiming to help as many people as possible hear better while continuously growing our market share.
Compensation
Base Salary : $70,000
Quarterly Bonus : $10,000 if the company reaches its sales goal.
Additional Quarterly Bonus : $5,000 if the company is at 115% of the sales goal or better.
Yearly Bonus : $10,000 if the company reaches its yearly goal.
Responsibilities
Leadership and Coaching :
- Work closely with the CEO, COO, and other administrative professionals to ensure adherence to all policies.
- Inspire, lead, and coach team members to succeed by following AHC’s Whatever It Takes protocols.
- Frequently visit clinics, spending quality time with team members to ensure their understanding of protocols, clinic revenue goals, and KPIs.
- Act as a role model, demonstrating expected behaviors and providing consistent follow-up to drive sustainable performance.
Performance Monitoring
- Monitor performance and provide feedback while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Execute and train to AHC’s Whatever It Takes operating model to ensure continued growth and efficiency.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all clinics.
- Create Monthly, Weekly, and Daily Action Plans for all clinics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on sales management experience.
- Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience.
Skills :
- Excellent interpersonal communication, team building, and presentation skills.
- Strong planning, analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, prioritization, and proactive decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to identify obstacles to sales goal attainment and actively solve problems.
- Ability to collaborate with management to overcome challenges and develop necessary processes for success.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving goals.
Additional Information
Travel : This position requires frequent travel, more than 80% within the geographic area.
Location : The candidate must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Atlanta, GA, or Birmingham, AL, metropolitan areas.
