Their conveyor systems are oftentailormade. Their sales are mainly centered in the USA and Canadabut they also have customers all around theworld.
Our clients are currentlylooking for a Business Development Manager to join their team. Theyare in the midst of rapidgrowth!
Responsibilities
- Market Research : Conduct comprehensive marketresearch to identify potential customers key industry trends andcompetitive landscape.
- BrandAwareness : Develop and implement strategies to enhance the companysbrand visibility in the United States and Canada through variouschannels such as social media industry publications trade shows andnetworking events.
This will be done in collaboration with themarketing coordinator.
- LeadGeneration : Proactively generate leads and nurture relationshipswith potential clients through targeted outreach campaigns emailmarketing cold calling and other innovativeapproaches.
- Client Engagement : Initiate and maintain regular communication with prospects tounderstand their specific needs provide product information andoffer tailored solutions that address theirchallenges.
- Meeting Booking : Utilize effective sales techniques to secure appointments withdecisionmakers and influencers within targetorganizations.
- Sales Closure : Collaborate closely with the sales team to facilitate the closingof deals negotiate terms and ensure a seamless transition from leadto customer.
- Reporting : Keepdetailed records of sales activities customer interactions andmarket developments providing regular updates and insights to themanagement team.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing ora related field.
- Proven trackrecord of success in B2B sales preferably within the manufacturingor logistics industry.
- Strongunderstanding of the United States and Canadian markets with theability to identify key players and emergingopportunities.
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to buildrapport and credibility with clients at alllevels.
- Selfmotivated and proactiveattitude with a demonstrated ability to work independently anddrive results in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Hubspot) and MicrosoftOffice suite.
- Willingness to travelas needed within the assigned territories.
