Lead Full Stack (.NET) Developer

We are looking for candidates who are good problem solvers, have a solid full stack .NET skillset, are good communicators and mentor / lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Champion good software design, processes and clean code
• Take part in architectural design, incorporating solid object oriented design principles and patterns
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts and fellow developers to solve problems and document solutions
• Design and implement applications, services and integrations
• Mentor and lead a team of developers
• Author APIs & API clients
• Enhance and / or migrate existing applications and services
• Promote continuous improvement of toolsets and practices
• Conduct code reviews
• Create and maintain automated builds and releases
• Provide occasional off-hours support for releases
• Adhere to policies and controls, and commit to the protection of company and customer information

• Languages C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML 5, SQL
• Concepts async programming, distributed systems, dependency inversion
• Platforms .NET Stack, Azure Devops, CRM Dynamics, SQL Server, Elastic Stack, Visual Studio, ReSharper
• Solutions services, web applications, REST APIs
• Libraries .NET Core, Entity Framework, Mediatr, Automapper, Polly, Bootstrap, MassTransit, Telerik
• Dynamics 365 plugins, actions, workflows, solutions, Power Apps, CDS

Proficiencies and Experience

• Fifth year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience leading / mentoring a team of developers.
• BS or BA degree in computer science, business administration, or related field is preferred
• 3 -4 years experience as a programmer in a hardware / software environment similar to DHIFS
• Strong software design and programming ability
• Good planning, problem solving, analytical, people and communication skills required
• CRM Dynamics, Ellie Mae Encompass, or Softpro experience is a plus
