Job Description :
Soar Autism Center is building a network of interdisciplinary clinics where children with autism and their families receive life-shaping services that support them to thrive.
We prioritize early intervention, comprehensive supportive services, and positive, developmentally-appropriate learning that meets the needs of each unique child and family.
Specifically, we focus on integrated autism care and a play-based model of applied behavior analysis (ABA) based on the principles of the Early Start Denver Model.
We currently operate 8 clinics in the Denver metro area and have expanded to the Phoenix metro area this year.
The Soar Autism Center Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in helping us find new talent to join our team that is on a mission to reinvent the autism therapy experience for children and families.
They will conduct in-person interviews for candidates for our Behavior Therapist roles in Colorado.
This role is in-person in Denver, primarily at our Quebec or Aurora locations, and qualified candidates will currently live in the area, or be willing to relocate to the area.

What You'll Do :
- RBT Candidate In-Person Interviews for CO (75%)
- Conduct in-person screening interviews for RBT candidates in Colorado
- Accurately score and evaluate candidate competencies during the interview process
- Make candidates feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated during their interactions
- Document interview notes accurately and clearly
- Engage in communication with candidates regarding offers, questions, or other onboarding needs
- Utilize sites, such as LinkedIn or Indeed to identify potential candidates
- Send targeted messaging and required follow-up to potential candidates with goal of increasing talent pipeline for our mission-critical clinician roles
People Team Administrative Tasks (10%) :
- Serve as a resource for recruitment policies, procedures, and practices to supervisors, HR staff, and others. Refer to recruiters and other staff as appropriate.
- Handle and prioritize multiple ranges of advanced administrative duties with wide latitude for independent judgment and initiative
- Provide other administrative support to People Team as needed
Who You Are :
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a recruiting, sourcing, or scheduling role
- Ideally experience in the ABA / Autism therapy space
- High level of organization and ability to document in an online system or platform
- Ability to be self-motivated, adaptable, and flexible
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Experience using a web-based Applicant Tracking System or similar technology
- The ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and procedures
- Ability to adapt to competing time-sensitive demands
