Your Role :
- Deliver expert, compassionate care to patients in critical emergency situations.
- Work quickly and effectively as part of a team to stabilize and treat diverse patient populations.
- Organize, direct, and provide patient-centered care using the Watson Model of Care .
- Tailor care to meet the needs of each patient based on age and specific considerations.
- Actively embody MLK’s mission to provide high-quality, compassionate care .
What You Bring :
- 1+ years of ER experience preferred.
- Active California RN license .
- Current BLS , ACLS , and PALS certifications.
- MAB certification within 90 days of hire.
