Import Coordinator - Refrigerated Cargo.

We are seeking an Import Coordinator with strong freight experience to join our growing team. The right candidate will have some logistics experience , bilingual in English and Spanish, and the ability to manage cargo from start to finish. Exceptional Excel skills required.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate import & export shipments (ocean required, knowledge with refrigerated cargo is a plus).
Handle A–Z delivery operations : coordinate with shippers ensuring timely departures, work with the SSL to ensure cargo released and pending port or cargo payments are covered, secure appointments with warehouses to deliver nationwide.
Work with ocean carriers and domestic trucking (FTL / LTL).
Manage trade lanes across Asia, LATAM & United States.
Position is in our Coral Gables, FL office.
Hours 9-5pm, flexibility provided as the role requires odd hours from time to time.

What We’re Looking For

Ideally 3+ years of import / export coordination.

Ocean carrier experience required.

Refrigerated cargo knowledge preferred.

Bilingual (English & Spanish) .
