Job Description :
The Medical Scribe will work closely with primary care providers to document patient visits and manage electronic health records.
This role is crucial in supporting healthcare professionals by capturing detailed patient information and ensuring that documentation is accurate and compliant.
The scribe will play a key role in enhancing patient care by allowing providers to focus more on direct patient interaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Capture medical histories, exams, tests, and treatment plans during patient visits in real time.
- Accurately enter and manage patient data in electronic health records, ensuring compliance with privacy standards.
- Review patient charts for completeness and input correct ICD-10 / CPT codes for diagnoses and procedures.
- Act as a key contact between healthcare providers and the care team, ensuring smooth information flow and follow-ups.
- Track healthcare quality metrics, assist with population health initiatives, and stay updated on best practices. Qualifications :

- 6+ months of medical scribing experience
- High school diploma OR GED
