Summary

The Freight Brokerage Sales Analyst will be responsible for helping to guide the organizational processes for the Brokerage Enterprise and Inside Sales Teams.

They will assist the Sr Director of Sales Strategy as well as the Inside Sales Managers in lead development, KPI reporting visibility, account strategy development, SOP creation, account onboarding, and other strategic functions.

Additionally this individual will be responsible for helping to facilitate internal processes around quarterly business review (QBR) development, tracking collaboration, and ensuring that we have the highest level of engagement with our clients.

Essential Functions

Brokerage lead on Salesforce administration and design. Work with the Salesforce team to make brokerage Salesforce what is needed to best support the brokerage sales vision.

This would include handling account disputes among sales reps, tracking sales team KPIs, and making sure that all collaborative sales initiatives are captured correctly.

Lead Generation. Internally, search for Shipper / Consignee names on shipments with no active bill-to code. Externally, analyze top industries and markets to help come up with targeted leads in various markets so that we can convert them at a higher cadence.

RFP Strategy. Tailor the approach to RFPs in collaboration with the pricing team to take a more targeted approach in bidding.

To optimize our chances of winning profitable business, we should normally target lanes where we have more inbound volume vs.

outbound in a specific key market areas (KMA). This role will help with that planning.

Tailoring and tracking QBR process. Help build out standard but client unique QBR experience. Track QBR initiatives for all clients, make sure we are having them, and measure our success against those initiatives.

Oversee and standardize our client onboarding process and experience. Point person to ensure credit is set up right, legal master service agreements (MSA) handled, proper accounting processes dialed in for this client, EDI / API set up correctly, and any other unique needs a client might have in onboarding is so critical to our organizational success with the client.

H.S. Diploma / GED, Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field of study, Preferred

3 years or more in Business related experience, Required

MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc) Intermediate, Required

Compensation Information :

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience;

education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data / ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc.

Compensation ranges for the position are below :

Pay Type : Salaried

Salaried

Minimum Pay Range : $85,000

Maximum Pay Range : $108,000

$108,000

The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and / or long-term incentive plan based on the level and / or type.
