Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist for an immediate opening for our client in Boscobel, Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities :

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy programs to improve patients' mobility, strength, and functionality.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to aid in recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care.

Education and Certification Requirements :

• Valid and current state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Previous Travel / Per diem experience preferred but not required.
