MMC is hiring for Remote Bilingual (English / Spanish Fluent) Customer Service Representatives

Must be able to attend a Mandatory Real Job Preview scheduled on July 23rd at 11 : 00am EST.

• Job Title : Remote Customer Service Representative
• Location : Remote - Must live in LA, GA, FL ,NC,MS or TX
• Salary : 16.50 / hr. Bilingual (English / Spanish Fluent)- Assessment will be in Spanish.
• Hours : Training : 9 : 00am 5 : 30pm EST
• Nesting : 9 : 45am 6 : 15pm EST

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Answer incoming calls from consumers, prospective enrollees, and representatives assisting enrollees.
• Respond effectively to all inbound and outbound contacts.
• Track and document inquiries using applicable systems.
• Process new applications for health care coverage via telephone.
• Handle life event changes, demographic updates, disenrollment requests, and special enrollment periods.
• Facilitate translation services for non-English speaking callers.
• Escalate calls or issues to the appropriate designated staff for resolution.
• Attend meetings and training sessions to stay updated on programs and systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements :

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong data entry and telephone skills.
