Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities :
Project Planning and Execution : Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to plans and making necessary adjustments.
- Team Management : Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Budget Management : Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Quality Control : Ensure all construction activities comply with quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and audits.
- Risk Management : Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Resolve issues promptly to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets.
- Client Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or changes.

Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Technical Skills : Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore) and construction management software (e.
g., Bluebeam, AutoCAD).
