Restaurant Manager - Full Service Restaurant
Salary : $60 K base + Excellent Bonus and Benefits
Our full-service restaurant is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual with a passion for the restaurant industry.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house
- Manage and train staff, including hiring and scheduling
- Control costs and maintain inventory
- Collaborate with management on menu development and pricing strategies
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
