Meritan, Inc., a Tennessee-based health, human, and social services nonprofit, is seeking a compassionate candidate to join its Home Health team as a Registered Nurse in Memphis, TN.

This PRN, per visit position is responsible for providing and coordinating patient care, educating patients about various health conditions, and providing advice and emotional support to patients and their families under the direction of a physician.
The pay range reflected is the in-office / training rate. Depending on the type of visit made, per visit rates vary from approximately $50-$110.
Meritan is ACHC accredited and CAPABLE certified. Our staff of nurses, therapists, aides, social worker and administration are a group of outstanding experienced, long-term employees.
We have consistent work available. Meritan has served the Memphis and Shelby County areas for decades and continues to work through the healthcare crisis with appropriate infection control measures and personal protective equipment.

This position is currently offering a $5000 sign-on bonus!
The ideal candidate should possess :
Interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as a part of our team
Organization and time management skills
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and a reliable vehicle
Schedule flexibility
Availability to work weekends and holidays occasionally

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. BSN preferred.
Minimum of one (1) year experience in an acute care setting or equivalent experience.
