District Manager - Active Adult Seniors Housing

SCI, the leading real estate executive search firm, is seeking a District Manager for a well-capitalized, full-service seniors housing operator that is expanding throughout the Midwest and Northeast.

The position will play a key role in the company's growth in the Greater Indianapolis area, overseeing a portfolio of nine active adult communities with an initial focus on leasing, marketing and building out the property management team.

The District Manager reports to the Vice President of Operations and has direct responsibility for increasing property values and improving net operating income.
