Pharmacy Central Fill - General Manager

Oversee the Central Fill and Postal Prescription Services operations. Responsibilities include managing production, human resources, compliance issues, and expectations of financial goals.

complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports - Serve in a senior leadership role and marketing representative for the Quality Management Committee - Serve in a leadership role on the Accuracy Committee - Spend up to 10 percent of time actively participating in the Quality Management Committee team functions - Maintain flexibility to work any shift, including nights and weekends - Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
