We are proud that our sales consultants make a national average of $58, per year based on a 35-hour work week. Pay will include a base rate of $10.
30 / hour and a guaranteed #all-in pay rate of $25.00 / hour with uncapped earning potential through commission.
Employees accrue paid time off each pay period at a rate of no less than 40 hours per year for their first year and 80 hours per year each year thereafter.
You are entitled to minimum requirements for paid sick leave under appropriate state law if applicable.
