Position Summary...

What you'll do...

  • Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders by developing guidelines, specifications, integration standards, and processes for the implementation of HVAC / R control strategies.
  • Facilitate collaboration between HVAC / R equipment manufacturers, controls vendors, and engineering consultants to define and validate interoperability and communications standards.
  • Manage internal relationships with Walmart stakeholders to drive advanced analytics of equipment telemetry data, develop business rules, and create condition-based monitoring.
  • Drive design guidance for control architecture, emphasizing software solutions and IP-enabled hardware

You'll sweep us off our feet if :

  • You have experience in leading supermarket HVAC / R control system strategies and implementation
  • You are knowledgeable in HFC DX operations
  • You have an understanding of secondary CO2, secondary glycol, and transcritical CO2 refrigeration equipment operation
  • You possess strong project management skills with the ability drive solutions and deliver objectives
  • You are data driven, detail oriented, and have the ability to identify opportunities for improvement
  • You have strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • You can lead through influence and are comfortable developing relationships across multiple platforms
  • You're comfortable in a dynamic, team-based work environment, and are self-motivated to exceed expectations

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
