They are looking to add an Asset Management Associate (Entry-Level) to join their team.
Salary / Hourly Rate :

Position Overview :
As an Asset Management Associate (Entry-Level), you will support the Asset Management team in overseeing and managing a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate assets.
This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with a keen interest in real estate finance and investment.
You will gain hands-on experience in analyzing property performance, assisting with portfolio management, and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve investment goals.
Responsibilities of the Asset Management Associate (Entry-Level) :
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including cash flow statements and property performance metrics.
- Support the Asset Management team in monitoring and managing the portfolio, ensuring compliance with loan covenants, and identifying potential risks.
- Conduct market research to gather relevant data on property trends and economic factors that impact asset performance.
- Help maintain and update asset management reporting templates, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Finance, Legal, and Operations, to support executing asset management strategies.
- Participate in regular portfolio reviews and contribute to discussions on asset performance and opportunities for value enhancement.
Qualifications for the Asset Management Associate (Entry-Level) :
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated interest in commercial real estate finance and investment.
Education Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics, or a related field.
