About The Position

Position Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant (PA) to join our outpatient clinic. This position offers the opportunity to work with a vibrant community of seniors, primarily in the mid to late 70s age group, providing comprehensive care in a supportive environment.
Job Details :
- Position Type : Full-Time
- Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM
- Patient Load : 8-12 patients per day
- Contract Duration : 3-month initial contract with an option to extend or transition to a permanent role
- Credentialing Time Frame : Approximately 3 weeks
- Local Candidates Preferred
Responsibilities :
- Provide high-quality care to senior patients in an outpatient setting
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct assessments, diagnose conditions, and prescribe treatments as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Participate in community-related activities and serve over 200 participants
Qualifications :
- Valid Physician Assistant (PA) license in Pennsylvania
- Previous experience working with senior populations is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
