A law firm located in Minneapolis is seeking a Mid-level Antitrust and Class Action Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in antitrust and class action defense litigation.
The ideal candidate should have significant experience with Federal Court litigation. Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills, combined with an excellent academic background, are essential.
Bar admission is required for the jurisdiction of practice.
Duties :
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis on matters related to antitrust and class action defense litigation.
- Draft and prepare various legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and assist in case management.
- Manage the discovery process, including document review, production, and responses.
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and other legal proceedings.
- Maintain organized and accurate case files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties involved in the litigation process.
Requirements :
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Minnesota Bar or eligibility for admission through reciprocity or examination.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in antitrust and class action defense litigation.
- Preferred significant experience with Federal Court litigation.
- Strong academic background with coursework relevant to litigation practice.
Education :
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications :
Admission to the Minnesota Bar or eligibility for admission through reciprocity or examination.
