Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a Local Travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a client in Taos, New Mexico.
Job Description :
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a home health setting.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
- Conduct patient evaluations and document progress accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and home care techniques.
Education and Certification Requirements :
- Valid Physical Therapy license in New Mexico.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience, with home health experience preferred.
Contract Details :
- Contract Length : 13 weeks
- Weekly Compensation : Up to $3200 based on experience
