We are currently seeking a Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer to design and develop RF coaxial connectors in tandem with the Design Engineering team in Danbury, Connecticut.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist Project and Principal RF Engineers in the design and development of microwave components, including connectors, attenuators, terminations, and switches.

Utilize HFSS FEA software to provide RF simulations of RF products.

Use of state of the art test equipment, including network and spectrum analyzers.

Apply RF design concepts to design high performance transmission lines.

Support the Design Engineering team during the NPI process to validate and optimize RF performance.

Facilitate and document electrical testing of prototypes in a lab environment.

Interact with quality, engineering, and program management groups in executing and refining product development plans.

Provide testing support for production when needed.

Perform research in order to help develop new products.

Ability to travel minimally when necessary.

Any other duties as assigned.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

Up to two (2) years of related experience. Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply!

Ability to use established procedures and work under close supervision.

Familiarity with Ansys HFSS or CST. Interest or experience in RF products is highly desirable but not required.
