Provides skilled nursing assessment, planning and care to maximize the comfort and health of patients and families consistent with Palliative Care policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Education

Required : Graduate of an approved nurse practitioner program.

Experience

Required : Minimum one (1) year experience as Nurse Practitioner within the last three (3) years.

Skills

Good clinical expertise, communication skills and organizational skills required.

Ability to provide reliable transportation as required by nature of position.

Licensure / Certification / Registration

Required : MO Nurse Practitioner license

Required : BLS must be obtained within 90 days

Required : Active Driver’s License
