We are seeking an experienced Low Voltage Construction Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and adhere to our quality standards. This role involves safety compliance, supervising craft workers, coordinating subcontractors, scheduling, handling materials, daily reporting, quality control, and training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety compliance on all projects.
• Supervise craft workers and coordinate subcontractors.
• Manage project scheduling and material handling.
• Conduct daily reporting and maintain quality control.
• Provide training and support to team members.
• Oversee installations of communications systems and cabling.
• Manage outside / inside plant cabling and structured cabling systems.

Work Environment

This position requires on-site presence every day from 9 AM to 5 PM at the NIH Campus in Bethesda, MD. The role includes a vehicle allowance ranging from $700-$1300, company-paid medical insurance, life insurance, accidental death & dismemberment, long-term disability, and a 401(K) retirement plan. Employees have access to an employee assistance program (EAP) and can opt for vision and dental insurance. Paid time off is available from the start of employment, and a company cell phone or allowance is provided. A cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) may be applicable based on the position location.

This is a Permanent position based out of Bethesda, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $120000.00 / yr. $700-$1300 Vehicle allowance - no vehicle$60 cell phone reimbursement

This is a fully onsite position in Bethesda, MD.
