Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist - Sign On & Relo Bonus up to $20K - Orange Park, FL
Shift Details : Days 06 : 30 AM - 05 : 00 PM (Rotating Weekends)
Job Description :
As a Cath / EP Tech in our Cardiovascular Cath Lab, you will assume responsibility for a group of patients for a designated time to supply care to these patients via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the environment / instrumentation, and other healthcare members.
Your care will change the lives of our patients.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- You will help in the procedures and cardiac device implantations performed in the Cath / EP Lab
- You will be the subject matter expert of all invasive procedures and prepare patients appropriately according to policy
- Your duties will include circulating, monitoring patients during Cath Lab procedures, and performing sterile scrub procedures for both diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization, vascular procedures, and other cardiac procedures
- You will handle stocking and documenting supplies, patient billing, and coding of procedures
Qualification / Experience :
- Bachelor's Degree, or Associate Degree
- 1 year of experience preferred
Licenses / Certifications :
- AHA or BLS Certification required
- ACLS or ALS Certification required
- Georgia : Current ARRT or RCIS credentials required, South Carolina : RCIS required, Florida : RCIS required
