F not accepting declinations. nRequirements : SS# and DOB needed to create profile in technology. RTO requested at time of submission nshift : 40 hrs / week.

8-hr days Monday thought Friday with possible Saturday rotation. nLicense : yes, MA...will wait...allow 4 weeks nEquipment : screening and diagnostic nBill GWW : no, F has call off language.

• can cancel 1 shift / month nOT Bill : 1.22x BR nOn Call : no nBilling Cycle : weekly nNotice : 30 days nParking : not available - take public transportation.
