Responsibilities :
- Manage and execute IEP paperwork, ensuring pliance with district guidelines and student needs.
- Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings to set realistic, measurable goals for students.
- Assess and treat speech, language, and munication disorders.
- Track and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support the implementation of effective speech therapy interventions.
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
- Current Georgia state SLP license and ASHA CCC or eligible for CFY.
- Experience with IEP development and management.
- Strong analytical skills for effective data tracking and oute reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal and munication skills to foster relationships with students, parents, and staff.
