About The Position

Position Summary : As an Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will work closely with a diverse patient population to develop customized treatment plans that enhance mobility, strength, and overall function.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated clinician to practice in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide direct physical therapy treatments and adjust plans as necessary based on patient progress
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and ways to prevent future injuries
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic policies
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care

Job Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state PT license or eligibility for licensure
• Experience in outpatient settings preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and patient-care skills
